“Honeybee exposure and training” conducted for 25 Kalanjiam members and leaders from Kalvarayan hills under the Please Sound sponsored SUSTAINABLE project on March 13, 2018, in Kadachanandhal, Madurai by our project partner DHAN Foundation.
By this exposure and training, women Kalanjaim members had a knowledge and practical experience of handling of different types of honey bees, it’s advantages and facts, how to take honey in the bee colony, extraction methods and how to start a small business in hilly areas to improve their livelihood etc.,
